Meet Our Sleep Team Greensboro

Chandler - Director of Medical Relations

As a strong “people person,” Chandler is the perfect professional to handle medical relations for our team. With about 4.5 years of experience as a medical device sales representative and a graduate of Brigham Young University, he feels right at home meeting new people and building new professional relationships. He enjoys connecting with doctors and other providers in the area and communicating the value and benefits of the solutions we offer.

Chandler is a Wilmington native, is married to lovely Samantha, and has two children. When he isn’t working or with his family, he prefers to spend his free time outdoors and playing sports. Basketball, soccer, and baseball are his favorites from childhood.

Becky – CNA, Patient Care Coordinator

Becky is our Patient Care Coordinator and Certified Nursing Assistant here at SleepMed Solutions. Her favorite part of her career is her ability to have a positive impact on her patients’ lives by helping them get the treatment they need to get a good night’s sleep. She also loves working alongside her amazing coworkers and being a part of a wonderful team!

Originally from Thomasville, North Carolina, Becky has been married to her amazing husband for over 20 years. They have two sets of twin children together who they love taking out to do family activities and play sports with. Whenever she isn’t at the office, you can find Becky spending quality time with her family and volunteering at her church. A fun fact about Becky is that she loves weightlifting.

Tate – CNA, Patient Care Coordinator

Tate has been with SleepMed Solutions for several years as a Patient Care Coordinator and Certified Nursing Assistant. He loves interacting with patients every day and seeing their progress on the road to better sleep. He attended BYU-Idaho and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he’s currently a pre-med student.

Originally from Wilmington, North Carolina, Tate comes from a large family of eight and is married to his wife, Alicia. He loves watching sports and spending time with his family, and he and his wife enjoy traveling to new places and doing new things together, like outdoor activities. One of his greatest passions is sports – he enjoys watching and playing them. You can also find him traveling the world trying new foods and meeting new people. He also enjoys learning new fun facts about animals. An interesting fact about Tate is that he can speak Portuguese and Spanish.

Tamara – Front Office Coordinator

Although Tamara originally comes from Lander, Wyoming, she loves interacting with the people in this community and the team at our practice. She attended Brigham Young University – Idaho and now helps us stay on track with administrative tasks. We appreciate her contribution to our team.

With 5 daughters and her husband, Tamara stays pretty busy. However, she also likes hiking, swimming, biking, reading, boating, sewing, or doing almost anything crafty or outdoors.

Teresa – Front Desk

When you come to the front desk here, you’ll talk to Teresa, who loves meeting and interacting with our patients every day. She attended David Lipscomb University and originally comes from the Greensboro area, which means she enjoys serving her friends and neighbors. In addition to her lovely personality, she brings years of volunteer work experience with Family Services, the Greensboro Symphony Guild, and the Junior League of Greensboro to our office, and we’re happy to have her!

Teresa is a widow and has three daughters, and she adores spending her time with her girls. In her volunteer work, she gives back in order to make a difference in the community and get to know wonderful people. Passionate about fashion, she understands the desire to look and feel your best, and you may see her in amazing outfits in our office. 

Avery – Front Desk

Avery Willard is a Front Desk Associate at SleepMed Solutions and is often one of the first friendly faces patients encounter. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, compassionate environment where every patient feels valued, heard, and at ease from the moment they walk through the door. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping each patient have a positive experience throughout their visit at SleepMed Solutions.

Born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina, Avery is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Outside of work, Avery is very family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends. She loves getting out in nature, listening to music, and says she would happily live by the ocean if she could! A fun fact about Avery is that she is a singer. She sings in her church choir, serves on the main worship team, and was actively involved in musical theater throughout high school.

Jessica

Having studied at Middlesex Community College, Jessica worked at an orthodontics office in Columbus, OH for a year before moving back to North Carolina. Today, what she enjoys most about her role at our practice is having the opportunity to help patients feel at ease and well-supported throughout their journey to better sleep. She always goes the extra mile to create a welcoming environment and provide lots of good information. She also thinks it’s amazing to help such a great team that supports each other, which makes the work environment easy, positive, and fun!

Outside of work, Jessica spends plenty of time with her loving and supportive family. She’s got four energetic dogs who are a big part of her life too, always keeping her on her toes. She is a BIG animal lover, especially when it comes to fostering and rescuing. As for other hobbies, she enjoys dabbling in DIY projects, playing softball, going on walking trails with her dogs, and creating memorable birthday parties for friends and family.
